Are you canceling the order?

If you have placed an order on a product but are eager to make amendments or cancel the order, contact your local store. It is impossible to cancel your customized orders once you have checked out the product, as we have already begun manufacturing.

Are you changing the order?

If you have uploaded your design or provided details of what you’re looking for, please go over the design carefully online or with our designers before you confirm your order. Before you send in your order, check that all your personal information shared is credible and that there are no grammatical or spelling errors. Any issues following the order cannot be rectified; sorry!

Exchanging the Order?

As the orders are made according to your specifications and customized for you, you may not exchange them after they have been placed. If the item doesn’t meet our published specification, you may exchange it at the sole discretion of Instaprint.com
